At present, we only accept PayPal as a means of payment. All the products remain the property of the Company until payment is received. No shipments will be made until full payment is received.

‍‍Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your order. You should notify cancellations by email to info@gironeshome.com, by calling +34 96 236 11 24, or by any other means accepted subject to written confirmation. We reserve the right to charge £30 to cover subsequent administrative costs.

‍‍Refund Policy
Both the customer and ourselves have the right to suspend any service agreement for any reason, including the termination of services that are already in progress. Returns are accepted provided that the product is in a perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Shipping costs of returns are payable by the customer. The delivery costs of the original order are not refundable. Gironés reserves the right not to refund the amount of the order if the returned product is damaged, used or outside its original packaging unless it can be demonstrated that any such damage has not been caused by the customer.
