WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES GIRONES COLLECT?

GIRONES may collect the following personal information through the relevant forms on the GIRONES website and/or the GIRONES mobile application (“WEB/APP”): name, email address, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, and credit card details (PAN+CVV2) in compliance with PCI DSS standards, or bank account number (provided in the event of a refund), when you visit the WEB/APP, register, place an online order, contact GIRONES, and/or participate in GIRONES promotions or surveys.

In addition, GIRONES collects all information relating to your browsing activity on the WEB/APP as well as your interaction with the brand.

All personal data collected by GIRONES comes from the data subject, except for contact details that may be provided by friends or family members for the purpose of sending a gift voucher or other gift.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
